Really amazing stay, as always. Clean and perfect accom with excellent location close enough to for business meeting and city center. Fast check in and late check out. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

No Shaving mirror in the bathroom, however there are nice mirrors to have all around image..

Front Office Staff was not well Trained and and was very Loud. Waiters Not good at English . Room Service orders were not perfectly understood by staff. One Thing all the staff were wearing Jeans. That was not at all Hotel Industry Type. Did not like their uniforms. No Bar. Wrongly reflected in your website. They had also lost my Booked.net reservation slip and had to wait 20 Mins. before they found it.

The staff, especially Mr. Mandeep, Ms. Seema, and Mr. Ajit, are extremely helpful and ensure that your stay is comfortable. The location of the hotel in a peaceful area adds to the overall tranquility. The breakfast buffet may not have a huge variety, but it includes all the necessary options and the hot coffee is simply delightful.
